What is Roundtrip?

Exchange-first returns portal — flat price, no per-return fees, no annual contract, month-to- month always. Exchanges retain revenue that refunds lose. Compare $155–499/mo plus ~$1.50 per return with annual lock-in.

Is the free plan really free?

Yes. Branded self-service refund + basic exchange flow for one store; 20 returns/mo, with no credit card and no time limit. It's not a stripped-down trial.

Will the price ever change based on my order volume?

No. Unlimited is $35/mo flat regardless of volume — unlimited returns — genuinely; no soft caps.

How do I actually pay?

Through Shopify's own billing — approve the charge once inside your Shopify admin and it's billed on your normal Shopify invoice. See Pricing for the full breakdown.

Can I cancel or downgrade anytime?

Yes, anytime, from the app's page in your Shopify admin — no email, no retention flow, no minimum term.

Does Roundtrip work with the other Keelhelm Shopify apps?
